Delivery Information

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. For items that are fully in stock and ready for dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

However, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, as unexpected circumstances such as courier delays, adverse weather, peak shopping periods, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate shipments if items are dispatched from different locations or become available at different times. In such cases, you may receive your items at different times.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe applies to mainland UK deliveries unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times to remote areas, offshore locations and certain postcodes may vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
